This 30-minute virtual session is your opportunity to ask anything related to your space. We’ll provide thoughtful, professional guidance based on the information you share, helping you move forward with clarity and confidence. Designed for those who need quick, actionable insight, this consult is the perfect way to refine your vision and get on the right track, fast. Please note, this service does not include any preparation prior to the meeting or follow-up after the session. Cancellation Policy
SERVICE OVERVIEW Our online consultation is a virtual design session conducted via video call, offering professional guidance, layout advice, and styling recommendations from the comfort of your home. This service is ideal for clients seeking expert direction without requiring an in-person visit. BOOKING & PAYMENT Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your consultation is confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation email with meeting details. CLIENT PREPARATION To make the session effective, clients must provide clear photos, room measurements, and any inspiration or questions at least 3 days in advance. Time spent reviewing incomplete or missing information during the consultation will count toward the scheduled session time. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS Sessions may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund minus any processing fees. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. SESSION TIME & ADDITIONAL HOURS Online Consultations are booked in fixed time blocks. If additional time is requested and available, it will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $225/hr and invoiced separately. TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and access to the required video platform. If technical issues occur on the client’s end, the session will still be considered in progress. SCOPE OF SERVICE This service includes verbal advice and design recommendations during the session. Written summaries, drawings, sourcing, or follow-up work are not included unless arranged separately. IMPLEMENTATION RESPONSIBILITY All recommendations are based on professional judgment and the information provided by the client. Final decisions, purchases, and implementation remain the client’s responsibility unless otherwise contracted. AGREEMENT By booking an online consultation, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
