Cancellation Policy

SERVICE OVERVIEW Our in-person consultation is an on-site design session where we assess your space, discuss your goals, and provide professional recommendations tailored to your home and lifestyle. This service is ideal for clients who benefit from hands-on evaluation and real-time spatial feedback. Due to travel requirements, this service is ONLY available in the Greater Vancouver Area and Lower Mainland of BC, Canada. BOOKING & PAYMENT Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your consultation date. Travel within our standard service area is included unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. Your consultation is confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation email with meeting details. CLIENT PREPARATION Clients should prepare a list of priorities, questions, and any inspiration images before the appointment. Ensuring that the space is accessible and ready to be reviewed will help maximize the value of your session. Time spent reviewing incomplete or missing information during the consultation will count toward the scheduled session time. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS Consultations may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund minus any processing fees. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-refundable due to reserved travel time and scheduling commitments. SESSION TIME & ADDITIONAL HOURS In-Person Consultations are booked in fixed time blocks. If additional time is requested and available, it will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $225/hr and invoiced separately. SCOPE OF SERVICE This consultation includes professional advice, layout suggestions, and design direction provided during the visit. It does not include drawings, procurement, or project management unless arranged as part of a separate service agreement. ACCESS & SAFETY Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property. We reserve the right to reschedule or end a consultation if conditions are unsafe or inaccessible. IMPLEMENTATION RESPONSIBILITY All recommendations are based on professional judgment and the information provided by the client. Final decisions, purchases, and implementation remain the client’s responsibility unless otherwise contracted. AGREEMENT By booking an in-person consultation through our website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
