Cancellation Policy

SERVICE OVERVIEW Designer for a Day is a focused, scheduled design session that provides professional guidance, creative direction, and real-time decision support within a single day. It is intended for clients who need expert input and clear direction without committing to full-service design. BOOKING & PAYMENT Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. Sessions are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed. CLIENT PREPARATION To ensure the session is productive, clients must provide photos, measurements, inspiration, and any relevant plans prior to the scheduled date. Time spent gathering missing information during the session will count toward your booked hours. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS Sessions may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund minus any processing fees. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. SESSION TIME & ADDITIONAL HOURS Designer for a Day is booked in fixed time blocks. If additional time is requested and available, it will be billed at our standard hourly rate and invoiced separately. SCOPE OF SERVICE This service includes design consultation, layout guidance, and recommendations. It does not include technical drawings for permits, contractor coordination, procurement, or project management unless arranged separately through another service package. IMPLEMENTATION RESPONSIBILITY All recommendations are based on professional judgment and the information provided by the client. Final decisions, purchases, and implementation remain the client’s responsibility unless otherwise contracted. AGREEMENT By booking a Designer for a Day session through our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
