Cancellation Policy
SERVICE OVERVIEW The Luxury Transformation Package is a customized interior design service for clients seeking a fully curated and professionally developed luxury home experience. This package may include comprehensive design direction, advanced sourcing, layered styling, renderings, custom concepts, procurement guidance, and ongoing design collaboration depending on the scope of work. BOOKING & PAYMENT A non-refundable deposit is required prior to commencement of work. Payment schedules, milestones, and additional terms will be outlined within the Client’s proposal and/or design agreement. Work will not commence until the required deposit has been received. CLIENT PREPARATION Clients are responsible for providing accurate site measurements, photographs, plans, inspiration imagery, and all relevant project information necessary for design development. Project timelines may be adjusted if required information is delayed or incomplete. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of this service, all payments made toward completed work, design development, renderings, sourcing, procurement, and consultation time are non-refundable. Scheduled meetings may be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice where reasonably possible. SCOPE OF SERVICE Depending on the selected scope, this package may include: Full design concept development Detailed space planning Furniture and decor sourcing Material and finish selections Custom millwork concepts 3D renderings and visualizations Styling direction Procurement assistance Vendor coordination guidance UNLESS specifically outlined within a signed agreement, this package does not include: Architectural drawings or engineering Permit applications Structural reviews or approvals Construction management Site supervision Trade warranties or contractor liability IMPLEMENTATION RESPONSIBILITY House of NIMART provides professional design recommendations based on information supplied by the Client and third parties. Final implementation, construction, site conditions, measurements verification, contractor coordination, and installations remain the responsibility of the Client and/or their hired trades unless otherwise contracted separately.
