Cancellation Policy
SERVICE OVERVIEW The Room Audit Package is a focused virtual design service intended for clients seeking professional guidance, clarity, and expert recommendations to elevate and refine an existing space without committing to full-service interior design. This service is ideal for homeowners who feel their home is unfinished, lacking cohesion, or in need of a professional designer’s perspective. BOOKING & PAYMENT Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your project commencement date. Services will not begin until payment has been successfully received. CLIENT PREPARATION Clients are responsible for providing clear photos, measurements, inspiration images, existing floor plans (if available), and any relevant information prior to the consultation. Recommendations are based on the information provided by the Client. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS Consultations may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund minus applicable processing fees. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled consultation are non-refundable. SCOPE OF SERVICE This package includes design guidance, styling recommendations, and curated suggestions intended to help refine the Client’s existing space. This package does not include: - Technical drawings - Permit or construction documentation - Contractor coordination - Procurement services - Project management - Site visits unless otherwise agreed in writing IMPLEMENTATION RESPONSIBILITY All recommendations are based on professional judgment and the information provided by the Client. Final purchasing decisions, measurements, installations, contractor coordination, and implementation remain the Client’s responsibility.
