Cancellation Policy
SERVICE OVERVIEW The Finish My Home Package is a comprehensive virtual interior styling and design service intended for homeowners seeking a professionally curated, cohesive, and elevated home aesthetic. This package provides detailed room-by-room design direction, sourcing recommendations, styling guidance, and layered finishing recommendations tailored to the Client’s home and lifestyle. BOOKING & PAYMENT A non-refundable deposit or full payment, as specified within the proposal or booking confirmation, is required prior to commencement of work. Project timelines and scheduling begin only once payment has been received. CLIENT PREPARATION Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, photographs, inspiration imagery, floor plans (if available), and all relevant project information prior to design commencement. Delays in receiving required information may impact project timelines. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS Virtual consultations included within this package may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Due to the custom nature of interior design services, payments made toward completed work, sourced concepts, design time, or delivered materials are non-refundable. SCOPE OF SERVICE This package may include: - Design concepts and mood direction - Styling recommendations - Furniture and decor sourcing - Lighting, artwork, rug, and textile recommendations - Shopping lists Unless otherwise outlined within a signed proposal, this package does not include: Permit drawings Architectural or engineering services Contractor management Procurement management Installation services On-site styling IMPLEMENTATION RESPONSIBILITY All final purchasing decisions, measurements, contractor coordination, installation, and implementation remain the Client’s responsibility unless otherwise contracted separately. House of NIMART is not responsible for third-party vendor delays, discontinued products, shipping issues, installation errors, or contractor workmanship.
