Cancellation Policy

PURPOSE OF THE CALL The discovery call is a complimentary introductory conversation designed to understand your project goals, scope, timeline, and overall design needs. This call helps determine exactly what your 3D renderings needs are for your project. BOOKING & CONFIRMATION Discovery calls are scheduled through our online booking system. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the meeting details and any information we may request prior to the call. CLIENT PREPARATION To make the most of our time together, we encourage you to be prepared to discuss: • Your project scope and spaces involved • Approximate budget range • Desired timeline • Any inspiration or reference images Providing clear information helps us give you accurate guidance and determine next steps efficiently. CALL DURATION & FORMAT Discovery calls are typically 20–30 minutes and are conducted virtually or by phone, depending on your preference. This is a high-level conversation and does not include design advice, layouts, or specific product recommendations. RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to other clients. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may limit the ability to book future discovery calls. SCOPE OF DISCUSSION This call is intended for project assessment only. Detailed design consultation, problem-solving, or concept development is reserved for paid consultation or design services. NEXT STEPS Following the call, if your project aligns with our services and availability, we will outline recommended next steps, which may include a paid consultation, proposal, or onboarding into our full-service design process.
