Program Guidelines

To ensure a transparent and mutually beneficial partnership, the following guidelines apply to all referrals:

  • Referral commissions are based on House of NIMART's proposal design fees only and do not apply to construction costs, furnishings, additional services / fees during the project or third-party purchases.

  • A qualified referral is defined as a direct introduction that results in a signed agreement with House of NIMART and with a Client who completes all payments scheduled in the proposal /contract.

  • Referral rewards are issued once payments have been received in full from the referred client, which usually takes place at the end of an Interior Design project.

  • In addition to commission-based rewards, Preferred Partners may enjoy exclusive benefits such as priority scheduling, co-marketing opportunities, and invitations to partner events.

OR

Client contacts us directly and advises that they were referred to us from the Partner.

Frequently Asked Questions:

FAQ-PPP

When am I eligible to join the Preferred Partner Program?

To join the Preferred Partner Program, please click the 'Apply Now' button above and read, fill out and sign the form to submit to us. Once we receive your information we will let you know if we may be a good fit for referrals.

What counts as a completed project?

A completed project is deemed complete when all deliverables outlined in the Client's Agreement have been provided in full and all fees owing under that agreement have been paid in full by the Client. The completion date will vary depending on the scope of services purchased. For example, a design-only project may be considered complete upon delivery of the final drawings and specifications, while a furnishing project may be considered complete upon installation of the specified furnishings and decor. For 3D rendering projects, completion occurs upon delivery of the final approved renderings and receipt of final payment.

How do you track how many referrals we do in a year?

We maintain an internal Annual Referral Tracking spreadsheet that details the Partner, each Client they refer and the progress of each project. This ensures that if your successful Referrals fall into the next Tier up that you are rewarded appropriately.

How do Partner Tiers work?

All Referral Partners begin at Tier 1 and are eligible to earn rewards on completed projects in accordance with the Referral Program. Commission rewards are calculated and paid at the completion of each qualifying project. Partner Tier status is reviewed annually each January based on referral performance during the previous 12-month period.

When do we earn Tier 1 - 5% Commission?

All Partners begin at Tier 1 and earn a 5% Commission Reward on successfully completed and fully paid projects they refer. Partners remain at Tier 1 until they qualify for a higher tier. At the end of the calendar year, if you have referred more than $50,000 in successfully completed and fully paid projects during a calendar year, you will begin the following calendar year at Tier 2 status. All commission calculations are based on successfully completed and fully paid project fees and exclude applicable taxes.

When do we earn Tier 2 - 7.5% Commission?

Partners qualify for Tier 2 once they have referred three successfully completed and fully paid projects within a calendar year, each generating at least $10,000 in design fees. Upon qualification, the Partner will earn a 7.5% Commission Reward on the third, fourth, and fifth qualifying projects completed within that calendar year. At the end of the calendar year, if you have referred more than $100,000 in successfully completed and fully paid projects during that calendar year, you will begin the following calendar year at Tier 3 status. All commission calculations are based on successfully completed and fully paid project fees and exclude applicable taxes.

When do we earn Tier 3 - 10% Commission?

You qualify for Tier 3 once you have referred six or more successfully completed and fully paid projects within a calendar year. Upon qualification, the Partner will earn a 10% Commission Reward on the sixth qualifying project and all subsequent qualifying projects completed within that calendar year. Partners who refer more than $100,000 in successfully completed and fully paid projects during that calendar year will begin the following calendar year at Tier 3 status. All commission calculations are based on successfully completed and fully paid project fees and exclude applicable taxes.

Does our Tier and Commission rate reset every year?

At the end of each calendar year, we will assess how much business you have brought in and you will maintain that Tier status for the following calendar year. This gives you a full year to enjoy the tier you have earned and creates an incentive for you to maintain performance. If you have not maintained the Tier status the following year then you will drop down to the Tier status below for the next year and we will continue to review referrals each year after.

How are referral rewards paid out?

Referral rewards are paid directly to the registered business entity of the Referral Partner, as provided in their onboarding details. If the Referral Partner operates as a sole proprietor, payments may be made in the individual's legal name, All referral rewards are issued via standard business payment methods (such as electronic bank transfer) following confirmation that the referral reward has been earned and is payable in accordance with the Preferred Partner Program Terms. House of NIMART is not responsible for payment errors resulting from incorrect or outdated partner banking or business information.

Why don't you reward the partner at the signing of the new Client?

Referral rewards are earned only after the referred Client's project has been completed and all fees have been paid in full. This policy protects both House of NIMART and its referral partners by ensuring rewards are based on revenue actually received.

What happens if a Client does not pay the Fee in full?

If a referred Client does not pay all amounts owing and the project is terminated before completion, the Partner's reward will be calculated only on fees actually received by House of NIMART. No reward will be payable on unpaid amounts. House of NIMART will notify the Partner if the project is formally cancelled or terminated.

Why would a project be cancelled?

Clients cannot always plan for the future, and circumstances may change. A project may be cancelled if the Client elects not to proceed, experiences a change in circumstances, or otherwise agrees with House of NIMART to terminate the engagement. In such cases, the Partner's reward will be calculated based only on amounts paid by the Client prior to cancellation. To protect our Client's privacy, House of NIMART may not disclose the reasons for cancellation but will notify the Partner if the anticipated reward amount changes.

If we referred the Client and they still signed up, but didn't complete the payments shouldn't we still get the full reward?

Referral rewards are based on revenue actually received by House of NIMART, not on the value of a signed agreement. While we appreciate every referral, we can only pay rewards on fees that have been collected from the Client. This approach ensures the program remains fair, sustainable, and consistent for all partners.

Can we create a reciprocal partnership?

100%. As we are often the first step for Clients, they will regularly ask for recommendations on other trades, contractors and consultants. We hold great importance in working closely with our Industry peers as it allows projects to flow easily, our creativity to expand, and the Clients often have a greater experience knowing their teams can communicate easily between themselves. However, to uphold the reputation of our own business that we have worked so hard to achieve, we generally recommend professionals and businesses that we believe will also deliver quality service and craftsmanship, and a great experience for the client - if this is you, let's chat!

Is this Program indefinite?

House of NIMART reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time. Any referral rewards earned prior to such changes will continue to be honored in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of the referral.

What happens if multiple Partners refer the same Client?

Referral rewards are awarded to the first Partner who introduces the prospective Client to House of NIMART, as determined by our records. To qualify, the referral must be submitted before the Client has independently contacted House of NIMART or been referred by another Partner. House of NIMART reserves the right to determine referral eligibility and resolve any disputes regarding referral ownership.

Does House of NIMART have to accept every referral?

No. While we greatly appreciate every referral, House of NIMART reserves the right to accept or decline any prospective Client at our sole discretion. Not every project will be the right fit for our services, expertise, availability, schedule, budget requirements, design style, or business objectives. A referral is only eligible for a commission reward once House of NIMART has entered into a signed agreement with the Client and the project proceeds in accordance with our Referral Program Terms. The decision to accept or decline a prospective Client will remain confidential and House of NIMART is under no obligation to disclose the reasons for that decision.
